If we could only grab those hands of time and start to turn them backwards we could stop at whatever age we liked the best (and maybe stay there for a while). Well, we may not be able to go back THAT far, but we can sure shave off a few years with all of the latest technology out there today. We can also use some very old tech to look younger too…
Scientists are now realizing that exercise not only helps with digestion, lower blood pressure, muscle definition, strength and balance, it also helps make our skin look younger too! About an hour two times a week of cardio-type exercise can take up to 20 years off of the look of our skin’s life at the cellular level which leads to more collagen production, moisture retention and elasticity. Give me 5 years at this point and I’d be happy…better get back on the bike, treadmill, elliptical!
